Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving this year was nice and relaxing. We were able to have 2 dinners on different days, so we were able to take our time, relax, and enjoy spending time with family at both dinners. On actual Thanksgiving, we went over to my mom's were we had a wonderful meal with my mom, aunt and grandparents. Both the kids slept through the meal, which was nice for us since we don't always get to have kid-free meals. The kids also got lots of love and attention from the family!

The following Saturday, we went over to Cort's parents house where we celebrated with his parents and Sarah and Ian and the kids. The highlight of the night was the bird, which kept the kids entertained. Mia was thrilled for the opportunity to get to actually hold it. She is my little animal lover. :) The kids also enjoyed drinking their juice boxes while watching Wall-E. Cole tried to sleep, but the commotion of the movie and the girls playing with all the toys on the swing proved too much for him. :)
