On Tuesday, I was super-excited because Cort and I were getting a night out to go to a Cubs game. Even better was the fact that many of my ISU girls were going to be there as well. We went to a bar to meet up ahead of time and I got a nice yummy burger and fries (I have to add that of course since my life is all about food these days!). We then headed over to Wrigley where we made the LONG hike up to the upper deck. I was seriously huffing and puffing and taking mini-breaks. :) However, it was all worth it once the rain came down and we were completely covered!! Despite the rain, the game went on. I have to admit I was too busy catching up with my friends to watch much of it though. :)
Thanks Kel for organizing such a fun night out, thanks Kristy for letting me eat all your peanuts :), and thanks Pam and Ryan for the ride back to our car! Cort and I had a great time!
