It is so hard to believe that there are only 3 more months remaining until Mia will be a 1st grader. School has been good to Mia so far, but I shouldn't be surprised considering she has always been very interested in learning. I've seen so much growth, especially in her reading and math skills throughout the year, and she is blessed with a great kindergarten teacher. While it has been an interesting transition for mommy remembering PE days, library books, homework, scheduling play dates, etc., Mia has taken it all in stride. We got her first report card and it was a great one, which was rewarded with dinner at Chili's. :) Here's hoping for 3 more smooth months!
